Interview with Salim Durani

Postby raja » Mon Apr 25, 2016 5:42 pm

One of India's finest all-rounders and easily one of the most exciting Indian batsmen of his time...

When I began following cricket, Salim Durani had already played his last Test. So I didn't get an opportunity to follow his Test cricket. I do remember that he did play for a little while more in domestic cricket.

He was very popular in his time. A handsome guy, he even played the male lead in a film "Charitra" (1973), opposite Parveen Babi.

Wonderful read.
