Seriously, I think Pant is a very good batsman if he keeps his head and does not throw his wicket away. He showed that maturity in that match-winning innings at the Gabba, combining patience with natural aggression as required.

Likewise, Gill and Siraj are much better at Test level than limited overs formats for which they are ill-suited. Washy Sundar can also be a good bowling all rounder but will find it difficult to squeeze in between Ashwin and Jadeja. But he is young enough to wait for Ashwin to retire before becoming a team regular himself.
