BCCI Cricketers' Handbook

Postby raja » Fri Sep 08, 2017 12:06 pm

BCCI has just released this.
I've only looked at the Table of Contents, haven't gone beyond that yet.

Will be able to comment more meaningfully only after reading it but, going by the ToC, looks quite impressive.

LOL part II delves into Deepak Chopra territory

why is there a chapter on depression? Indians don't get depressed.

...

Wow! there's nothing in this handbook about the actual sport itself. What a useless piece of crap!!!

This looks more like something you'd find in the English curriculum. I'm surprised there isnt a chapter about LGBTIQQAP

come on. every sports person when faced with slump in form face depression. you need counseling to overcome it most of times. being a bowler in BCCI is tough job esp if you are T20 IPL bowler as no batsman respect you. have compassion towards sports persons that face depression.
